Cutting expensive teak-faced ply

There's nothing worse than leaving a splintered edge when you're cutting expensive plywood, especially when it's teak-faced. Here's an idea that might help - score, with a stanley knife and straight-edge, the teak side that you're due to cut - it'll make the eventual edge neater. If using a Jigsaw, cut with the nice side down- they cut on the up-stroke, so the eventual result will be much cleaner.
