Disconnect your engine exhaust annually

The engine exhaust tends to get overlooked in engine maintenance. Most deterioration will occur at the exhaust bend. You should inspect the exterior annually for cracks and leaks.
If you make a point of removing the exhaust hose from the elbow to check the interior for carbon buildup and corrosion, you'll prevent potential problems.

But I think there is very difficult to remove the hose from the elbow without break or cut the hose
