Treat sills with respect

If you're looking to leave a harbour with an automatic tide gate over a sill, be aware that when the gate or flap first opens, water will pour in to equalise the level in the harbour with that outside. It's worth waiting a few minutes until the current subsides - or you might end up shooting sideways into something solid!
