Bridgemarsh Marina: Bridgemarsh Marina is one of the few marinas in the UK to own the freehold of the river which extends up to the main high water. Established in 1927 and in the same hands now for over 30 years. It has 180 berths and is licenced for 195 with the Crouch River Authority. The berthed vessels float 2 hours either side of low tide, and deep keeled boats are easily accommodated, there being some 21 feet of water at high tide. A full craning out service is available and dry berthing, enabling owners to carry out repairs themselves, or by the Marina. This extends to approximately 17 acres plus the saltings and river bed. In addition, there is a large water lake stocked with Carp and eels. Charges £53.80 per ft: Main Pontoon.
