Cobra Marine opens factory for a weekend

It’s unusual for a boatbuilder to let anyone see how craft are designed and assembled but that is just what Cobra RIBs are doing on the weekend of 6 and 7th February.

This is a rare opportunity to have a full tour of the factory in Romsey, Hampshire, and see the various stages a RIB goes through from initial mouldings, through buoyancy collar to steering console fitting.
There is a great complexity of work involved in the final assembly including installation of navigation and leisure electronics and finally choice of engine fit-out to meet customer needs.

At least seven Cobra RIBs will be there for close inspection, including the new 7.6m Nautique and 10.5m Weekender RIBs launched (and sold) at the recent Tullet Prebon London Boat Show.

Programme each day:

10.30 to 11.30 Breakfast pastries

12.00 to 14.00 Buffet lunch

14.00 to 17.00 Afternoon tea

To register interest contact Cobra RIBs on 01794 400995 or sales@cobraribs.com
