Cruising Association to run seminars on 16th January on cruising Biscay

The fearsome
reputation of the Bay of Biscay is not always justified. This beautiful
coastline is a superb cruising ground, some of it within comfortable sailing
from South West Channel Ports. To inform yachtsmen who might be considering heading south this year, the Cruising Association is organising a day of seminars for sailors to find out what this area has to offer.

The seminar takes
place on the afternoon of Sunday 16th January at the CA’s headquarters on the last day of the
London Boat Show. The programme
will include, among other items:

  • The Chenal du Four, The Raz de Sein

  • Cruising Western France and Northern Spain

  • Biscay Question Time hosted by Trevor Taylor

The
afternoon will conclude with a two course hot buffet supper. Non-members are welcome.
