Copelands Marina: Copelands Marina is a small privately owned family run marina situated just south of Belfast lough on the east coast of N. Ireland. The entrance is tidal, there being no water at LW and approx. 1.5 metres at 1/2 tide. It is entered via a channel between rocks. There are two orange triangular leading marks which if kept in line will bring you into the channel. Near the shore end of the channel a sharp turn to port brings you through the entrance into the marina,which in stormy weather is protected by a storm gate, closing off the marina from the sea.Entry should not be attempted in strong easterly winds.If wishing to visit the marina it is recommended to call Quinton 07811230215.
