IPC marine media, publisher of PBO, is looking for an assistant to grow online sales of our PDF archive of boat reports, tests and reviews from IPC marine media’s magazines. The job also entails supporting the digital advertising sales team for www.ybw.com.

IPC Marine Media is looking for an assistant to support the digital advertising sales team on YBW.com and also to grow online sales of our PDF archive of boat reports, tests and reviews from IPC Marine Media’s magazines.

The successful candidate will be assisting with traffic management, production of digital ads and supporting the sales team. Independently, the candidate will be coordinating production and archiving of PDFs of boat reports, tests and reviews to be sold via YBW.com and handling customer enquiries by phone, fax and e-mail.

For this role the candidate must be able to work effectively to the tight and frequent deadlines a digital role demands whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The candidate will be technically literate with a good understanding of how our readers engage with the internet and be able to service the demands of internal and external clients and customers, ensuring YBW.com always delivers first class service.

An understanding of boats and the marine industry would be preferable, but not essential.

The role will be based in Poole, Dorset. This role is a fixed one year contract with the opportunity to extend.
