PBO reader Dave Turpin sent us a series of pictures of an unusual occurrence at Eling this weekend. He writes ‘I thought you would like to see what happens when when a large container ship in Southampton launches its escape pod and her crew come up to our tiny tidal creek at Eling. Whoops – all of a sudden no water and meanwhile back on the soon to depart mother ship, one very unhappy captain?’
