Four Darings and a Dragon left completely submerged
Five keelboats – four Darings and a Dragon – have been sunk on their moorings in Cowes during this weekend’s gales.
The Isle of Wight’s yachting mecca is exposed to the north-east and a gale hit the town from that direction on Saturday night, leaving the boats completely submerged.
