Rob Crabbe took his first outdoor steps while his dad launched their Leisure 20 at Kingsbridge Quay. He joined the RN in Dartmouth at 22 and specialised as a navigator.

Leaving 16 years later he now works for the company that provides navigation systems for Navy frigates and destroyers and sails his aged Moody 42 from Gosport.
