Richard Date has raced dinghies, keelboats and offshore yachts for many years and has enjoyed his time as a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) coach and assessor, and National Race Officer. Now in retirement he cruises the waters around Anglesey from Holyhead Sailing Club.
