Dover, Tidal Harbour: Dover Marina, one of the best known marinas on the South Coast is incredibly convenient for cross-Channel sailing. There is no marina closer to France and just 20 miles separates the cliffs of England and France.

The Port of Dover is currently undergoing development as part of its Dover Western Docks Revival project.

In addition to development of the cargo business, the project will deliver a transformed waterfront with opportunities for a host of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants set against the backdrop of a new marina, the harbour, the iconic White Cliffs and historic castle. This will further enhance Dover’s status as a first class destination for Marina visitors and berth holders.

During the development access to the Tidal Harbour, Granville and Wellington Docks may be restricted and anchorage in the outer harbour will not be possible.

Please contact the Marina Office before your planned trip to ensure entry.
