Paul and Rachel set sail in Lynn Rival again

Paul and Rachel Chandler, held hostage for more than a year by Somalian pirates, have set sail once more to finish their round-the-world voyage.

They left Dartmouth on Saturday afternoon on Lynn Rival, the Rival 38 that they have been restoring in the pages of PBO.

The boat was towed back to the UK by the Royal Navy after it was found drifting in the Indian Ocean, following the Kent couple’s capture.

It is believed the Chandlers are heading first to a Cornish port then onto Spain.

The Daily Mail reported that their route will not include the western Indian Ocean where they were kidnapped in 2009.
