- First prize is a choice of either:
- 10 nights (including 2 nights aboard aircraft) at the Nexus Resort Oceanville Wing, Malaysia, for two people full board. (Excludes the following departure dates: Mar 9-31, Sept 27-Oct31, Dec 3-9)
- or

- The competition requires 750 words to be submitted for a story competition. Entries will be accepted by post or e-mail.

- Competitions winners will be expected to cooperate fully with post-event publicity arising as a result of winning the competition including attendance at the Southampton Boat Show in September.
- Illegible entries will not be accepted, nor will telephone entries. Competition entries will not be returned.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
- Saga Group Limited and IPC Media reserves the right to publish the winners’ stories, photographs, names and counties in post-event publicity.
- Saga Group Limited reserves the right to alter the prizes, and provide prizes of an equivalent value.
- The first prize holiday must be taken within 12 months of notification and booking dates are subject to availability
- The winners will be selected by an independent judging panel and the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified by way of official letter from IPC Media.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of the rules.

- In consideration of the opportunity to enter into this competition, you agree to grant to IPC Media a non-exclusive licence (with a right to sub licence) to print, publish and distribute your entry to this competition and your name, photograph and county in Practical Boat Owner and any other printed matter (including but not limited to journals, books and calendars) any in any other media not known or later invented.
