Rough
weather condition caused the ship to have engine failure and it broke in two and sank just a few metres away
from a beach.

Two helicopters airlifted the dozen other crew members to safety.

French authorities launched an anti-maritime pollution plan when an oil leak was spotted around the sunken vessel.
