Men's 470 medal race rescheduled for tomorrow
The medal race for the men’s 470 class has been cancelled due to a lack of wind in Weymouth and will now take place tomorrow.
The race is scheduled to start at noon, followed by the women’s 470 medal race at 1pm.
Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell (pictured) must beat their Australian rivals Mat Belcher and Malcolm Page by two positions to snatch gold off them in the men’s class.
While to win gold in the women’s class Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark need to finish ahead of New Zealand’s Jo Aleh and Olivia Powrie.
