Oban Marina on Scotland’s west coast is up for sale for the second time in five years.

The North Ledaig Co Ltd, which bought the marina after its previous owners went into administration in 2011, is looking for offers in excess of £975,000.

The marina lies on Ardentrive Bay, situated in 4.17 hectares on the Isle of Kerrera, close to Oban.

The marina is well sheltered from all North, South and West prevailing winds and located a short distance across Oban Bay.

It includes 95 serviced floating pontoon berths, with planning consent for to take number up to 200. Plus 30 moorings, two boatsheds, a shop, bar and licensed restaurant.
Estate agent Strutt & Parker is handling the sale.

A spokesperson for the marina said: ‘We are still open and running as a marina.’
