A man has been found guilty of the manslaughter of the Chinese cocklers who drowned at Morecambe Bay in February 2004.

A man has been found guilty of the manslaughter of the Chinese cocklers who drowned at Morecambe Bay in February 2004. Lin Liang Ren, 29, from Liverpool was convicted at Preston Crown Court this morning of 21 counts of manslaughter. Two other cocklers are thought to have died in the tragedy but their bodies have not been found.
