In the PBO Skipper’s Handbook, under the heading of ‘ Foreign Affairs: beyond the EU’ on pages 6-8, the information relating to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Croatia and Cyprus has been included in the wrong section – these countries joined the EU in 2004.
