Man found in Scottish harbour is named

The body of a man who went missing on Christmas Day has been named.
Philip Anthony Toland was found in Ullapool harbour (pictured) after he was last seen near the Highland town's pier on December 25.
He was a 34-year-old fisherman from County Donegal, Ireland and was discovered by a Grampian Police dive team.
A police inquiry has now been launched.
