Sunderland Marina: Situated on the North East coast at the mouth of the river Wear; Sunderland Marina offers sailors immediate access to the open sea at all states of tide. We are a short walk away from the City centre and the beautiful beaches of Roker and Seaburn. Sunderland Marina is uniquely owned and operated by a charitable trust which also provides Outdoor Education through its centre ‘Adventure Sunderland’ based on the seafront.

The number of visitor berths vary; we do not have specifically reserved berths for visitors due to the relatively small size of the Marina. There are normally half a dozen berths vacant and sometimes more if any of our permanent berth-holders are away cruising or lifted out.
