Stranraer Harbour: New facilities building opened in 2012. Dumfries and Galloway Council are currently consulting on waterfront development proposals for Stranraer now that Stena’s ferry port has relocated to the north of Loch Ryan. Diesel and bottled gas by order. A new slipway was constructed in 2014 and a hard standing opened in early 2016. A new 30t boat crane and cradle mover are now operational.
