Cleat boots ain't made for walking...

But this is what they do...

Cleat boots, two removablewooden or plastic blocks which fit around each end of a deck cleat and are joined by elastic, stop genoas, spinnakers, and errant sheets from snagging on your foredeck cleats. They're most often used by racers but cruisers will also find them invaluable. They're also great for stopping stubbed toes.
