The third Horning Boat Show is to be held on Saturday 2nd May 2015, and
Is to be held in the iconic Village of Horning situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
Boats of all sizes will be on display from 40ft Luxury Motor Cruisers, Yachts, Launches, Ribs, Pedal Boats and Canoes.
The event also attracts a whole range of businesses associated with the Marine Industry, Hire Fleets, Yacht Brokers, Marine Insurance, Chandlers, Boat Finance and New Car Sales. There will also be a number of additional exhibitors with a slightly broader appeal, with around 100 Trade Stands on show.
There will be many boats on display on the water, plus our two Riverside Exhibition areas, the Swan Green and Village Green. The Main Exhibition area is sited on the Recreation Ground where there will be many Marine exhibitors, together with a Food Court, and there will be Entertainment throughout the day for both Adults and Children.
Our Show Shapers who are our version of the famous Olympic Games Makers who will be on hand to help everyone, you will recognise them wearing their vivid Yellow and Orange outfits.
Horning Sailing Club are providing, as part of the Show a ‘Try Sailing Event’ offering newcomers to sailing to have some excellent tuition in the hands of experienced sailors.
There will be free parking by kind permission at Bewilderwood where a Shuttle Bus service will be available to take you to the village for £1.00 adults and 50p children, or you can walk the 10 minute stroll to the village.
The Horning Boat Show is run by volunteers to raise funds for Horning Village Projects. The Show is also the Launch Event of the Broads Outdoors Festival.
