Biscay might be a word many cruising folk steer well clear of, but it doesn’t have to be all Atlantic swells, rough seas and frightening tides.

The Cruising Association is holding a seminar on November 14 to dispel the myths and tell the facts. To be held at CA House in Limehouse Basin, the seminar will include talks on Tackling the Chenal du Four and the Raz de Sein, getting the best out of Cruising in France, Cruising Iberia, Keeping a boat abroad and accessing information such as weather forecasts and up-to-date cruising information.

The cost, which includes hot drinks and a two-course hot buffet lunch and information pack, is £30 for CA Members, £55 per couple or £45 for non-members.

You do not have to be a CA member to attend this seminar. Non-members joining the CA on the day with a direct debit will receive the difference in attendance costs.
