National Coastwatch Institution (NCI) contact details

National Coastwatch Institution maintain a visual and listening watch on VHF channel 16 during daylight hours from some 40 lookout points around the coast. Some are equipped with radar, and in an emergency will communicate with the appropriate Coastguard station. For more information visit the NCI website: www.nci.org.uk

Sailors can also call an NCI Lookout to obtain local weather information, firing range advice, sea conditions, tidal streams and more local knowledge.
